So I'm a tad obsessed with Case CATalyst. There are worse things; right?

I got my start in court reporting school in 1993 but left school shortly after
to get married and start a family. After taking more than a few years off, I
still had the drive for a career in court reporting and enrolled once again in
school mid-2003. While in school, I provided CART assistance for the hard
of hearing at San Joaquin Delta College and California State University,
Stanislaus.

In 2005 I became a licensed CSR and later obtained my RPR certification
from NCRA. I began working as a pro tem court reporter and spent some
time freelancing before joining Stanislaus County Superior Court two
years later. My little obsession for Case CATalyst has grown since then,
and I enjoy training other court reporters to master the software for
themselves.

I am a firm believer in the value of continuous learning. My most recent
endeavor was pursuing education in Voice Writing. In August 2023, I enrolled
in a specialized program, and by early 2024, I successfully obtained both the
CVR certification from the National Verbatim Reporters Association (NVRA)
and the California Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) certification for Voice
Writing.

Or maybe you don't know what piece you're missing. I mean, you can't know what you don't know; right? This might help!
